Hi,
I have had breathing problems on and off for the last month. I went to the Dr. and checked out ok. They did and ekg and a breathing test. Also listened to me. Nothing strange. I was given Albuterol to use and returened to the Dr. 5 days later. The symptoms are not being able to get really deep breathes. The Albuterol helped some. I have weened my self off of this at my Dr.'s request. Not sure if its anxiety related or not. It does seem to come and go. I am getting married in 2 months and have had some stress over that. When I do have the breathing attacks I find that alcohol helps which I dont like to do but its the only thing that helps me get to sleep and be able to breathe. Any ideas or suggestions? I hate having this. Its so weird how it comes and goes. Please help.
