Thanks, Jim. I am sorry that your disease process has gone so fast. Do you mind me asking how old you are? What do they think the cause of your svd is? Do you have hypertension or diabetes?

Do the docs have any idea why yours progressed so quickly? Wow, I need to keep on top of this, it looks like. I am on a blood thinner (Aggrenox) and have been told to exercise. I am reading more and more that exercise can help in some cases. I need to make that a priority.
