For anyone who has tried Provigil for fatigue, any insight on what to expect? 200 mg is not doing much for me after 3 days, and I'm not sure if it should work immediately or take some time, so if anyone has experience, that woudl be great!

Also, if 200 mg doesn't work, would asking my doctor about upping it to 400 mg make much of a difference?

I also will have the option, in 2 weeks when I go back, of combining the Provigil with Adderall, which I was taking for 2 months until my doc decided to try the Provigil. Adderall wasn't working great on energy, but did help with brain fog. Anyone take both and have luck?

Hi there, I have been on Provigal for about 2 months or so. I take 200-400 mg a day. It does help, but its not a cure all. I am also on percocet, so I think that that may make the Provigal not work as well. Some days I only need to take 1 pill, which is 200 mg. and then if I need another later in the day, I take another. I wanted my doctor to put me on adderall, but they chose the Provigal, but I am seeing a new neurologist at the end of the month, so I will see what happens with him. Good Luck!
