First off, let me preface this by saying that I am 17 and would go to the doctor instead of posting on this board but my mom tends to think I'm a hypochondriac so everytime I request a doctor's visit she tells me to wait or she'll say she will schedule one but quickly "forgets". I've gotten tired of talking to her about it so even though I know none of you can diagnose me, I'd like to know if this is a cause for concern. Here are my symptoms:
-mucus after passing stool
-pain in lower abdomen (in my right hand side. it comes and goes and hasn't been that bad, but it has been more intense the past few days.)
-increased vaginal discharge
-irregular period (It's always been somewhat irregular, but I haven't had my period at all for much longer than what is normal to me)
I also took a pregnancy test a few weeks ago (my symptoms didn't prompt this though b/c I've had these symptoms before my pregnancy scare). At first I got a positive result but I took 2 more and they were negative. I've heard there are some conditions which cause false positives (not sure which.) My mom and grandmother both have uterine fibrois. Does that play into anything?
And on a last note, I am prescribed to adderall but hardly take it because I don't like the after effect. However, during midterms week (last week) I began taking my doses everyday and to take the shaky after effects away, I would drink. Could this explain why my pain has felt worse these few days?
