I have Raynauds too. My fingers are constantly cold and get numb very easily, like in the refrigerated sections at the grocery store. They say once you have 1 autoimmune disease, others could follow. There is a medicine called Adalat or Adulat that is supposed to help, but I chose not to take it because it is also for high blood pressure and I have low blood pressure. I didn't want to risk my blood pressure to drop any more.
