Have you ever had lactose intolerance issues before? It could be the ice cream, that as a diabetic, you shouldn't eat anyway right??:jester:
I'm a type 2 dibetic also, oral med and diet controled.(sort of..... I eat stuff I'm not supposed to too:p )
I take Actos and Metformin. It seems to be the Metformin for me and a few other people I know who are taking it that is behind the EWWWW factor,(no pun intended,however without even trying it is a little funny).:jester:
Do you happen to take Metformin?
If not, I'd try and give up the dairy for a few days and see if that helps.
