Hello,
I was wondering what percentage of headache sufferers use Stadol Nasal Spray?
Before I was completely diagnosed with Systemic Lupus and the Lupus Anticoagulant, I used Stadol Nasal Spray for the severe and incapacitating migraine headaches I had. Stadol NS saved my life in many ways. It gave me hope that I was not actually going to die from the pain. In fact, Stadol NS helped (slightly) some of the other pain attributed to the Lupus.
When I began a true pain management treatment plan, I was placed on more potent opiates (Duragesic, Actiq, and Dilaudid). Since these medications were "stronger", I did not need the Stadol. And, Stadol is an agonist-antagonist, which partially reverses the effects of the opiates that are pure agonists.
Nonetheless, I am still curious about how many of you utilize Stadol Nasal Spray.
I would greatly appreciate any responses!
Sincerely,
Jon (Conductor)
