It does sound like you are still refluxing - I apologize if you have already answered this - but do you take a PPI right now?
It could be that a medication switch is order - perhaps you could try ACIPHEX or NEXIUM - your Dr.'s office could give you some samples while you wait for your appointment.
If you had the tests a year ago - then I would assume that nothing 'real bad' has cropped up in only a year - especially since your blood work is coming back good.
Do you monitor your diet as well?
Finally, do you take anything for anxiety? Being as worried as you are will definitely aggravate your reflux and tie your stomach into knots. When I am worried and stressed my reflux is much much worse.
At times -a PPI can take more than two weeks to really start to make a difference - also, sometimes you made need a double dose of the PPI to really get the reflux under control and then you can drop it back to once a day.
It does not have to feel 'burning' to be reflux - the liquid feeling in your chest and also the burping are signs of reflux as well.
