my head feels so heavy lately and dizzy. Allergies? Everyone I talk to tells me they too feel like this. I think its allergies. It is just figuring out to what. The allergy meds give me such bad heartburn..its like a vicious circle. I went to a natural doctor and he told me it was a poor diet and yeast. Also, noted he was hearing this a lot. Bottom line is everyone says to drink a lot of water! All the doctors say the same thing...a lot of water..half your body weight in onces a day..it will supposedly help rid the mucus and wash down the acid reflux. I am trying but its nauseating to drink so much. That a a good diet (lol).
