actually my ideal is weight is about 180, but it was around that time that I was ballooning into the 200's and I even went as high as about 230 but now am trying to lose it and am back down to about 210, so yes I am overweight for only being 6 ft. Also I did go to the doctor for heartburn and my throat hurting, and he diagnosed me with GERD and gave some aciphex, however since then I had a tube inserted in my esophagus and they said my throat looked fine with no throat ulcers, so atleast that is good. I am mostly just concentrating on not drinking sodas anymore and excercising regularly to drop the weight, I think it is a big factor....
