Started Accutane today - 30mg/day for first two weeks, then up to 70/mg day...wondering when i should expect side effects and initial outbreak? will the dryness likely start when im still on just the 30/day, or not till I up it to 70? what about initial outbreak? i know everyone is different, but any insight from people who started on similar doses is greatly appreciated..
