Ok... another thing I'm curious about is how long do you stay on Spiro? For a few months? Years? Forever? Is it taken for a few months like an Accutane treatment?

If it is taken for long periods of time... are there any long term effects on your kidneys, liver, etc.?

Since it used to control & supress acne, what happens when you get off of it? Do you break out all over again?
