I take Accupril HCT and have the dry cough and people constantly ask me if I'm sick because of "dry pipes" and the resulting voice problems early in the morning. I've tried a couple of other ACE inhibitors and Accupril has the fewest side effects for me. I also get dry skin and perspire a lot.
