i feel your pain it took me two years to find a cure for my uncontrollable skin allergies when i was younger...
i see an amazing dermatoligist, usually you can get in within a week if you push it and you say its an emergency...
a few thoughts from what i've gathered..
i've read about singulair and accolate having great results for skin allergies, it can't hurt to try that.
cutivate is a pretty effective cream, if that doesn't work try moving up to pscorcon.
keep takign the zyrtec!
take very long showers, use shampoos, conditioners from neutrogena made for sensitive skin
put on lotion(CETAPHIL AND NOTHING ELSE! this is the ONLY lotion i am not allergic to!) and TONS of it all over!
allergies can develop, use that detergent i 4got its name its made for sensitive skin
humidify the house..beleive it or not this can make allt he difference, get a central humidifer and put one in her room
clean, clean, clean, keep the house free of dust
and thats all i can think of hope this helps
