I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. I have undergone an amazing improvement in the last week. I fired my original psychiatrist and found a better one who added Abilify to my medications. I am now taking 10 mg Lexapro and 10 mg Abilify daily and feel like my former self. I have not needed to take any Xanax or Klonopin for over a week and don't believe I will need it either. I'm back out on the disc golf course and swimming my daily 3kms. Thanks to everyone that gave me encouragment or advice.:cool:
